Boudin at the Wharf

Boudin's first demonstration bakery opened on Fisherman's Wharf more than 30 years ago. Today, you can watch from the observation window and glass-walled catwalk as the flour is pumped into the mixer, the dough is tossed, hand-finished and baked into nearly 10,000 loaves of fresh sourdough, French, and European breads.
